Vallerina 2 #1 September 8, 2004 I was wandering around the health food store. I've never been in one before! Okay, maybe I have, but not for my own personal grocery list. First of all, the vitamin wall is HUGE! It's like GNC through everything they owned in one aisle. I got lost looking for vitamins that may help with my exhaustion (just an update, I've had my period for a few days, and I'm sleeping almost non-stop.) Well, we'll see if the vitamins help at all. So, I wonder around some more, and my first food item was rocky road SOY ice cream! It tastes REALLY good. I'm going to sit on the couch, read, and eat tons of ice cream tonight! Another nice thing was that they had a ton of convenience organic foods, which is convenient since I can't cook my lunches. So, I bought some fake chicken soups and organic mac and cheese. I spent tons of money on lots of organic foods tonight. I even impulse bought some biodegradable soap! I need to start learning how to cook some vegetarian meals so that I can eat cheaper! However, after going to the health food store, I see that not eating meat will be much simpler than I thought. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

BGill 0 #8 September 8, 2004 Awesome! Congrats on getting into all the organic and healthy stuff! I can walk around health food stores for hours just amazed at everything they have... the only problem being I'm poor so currently can't afford to make my fridge and pantry filled with organics or free range meat. My sister runs an Organic Food Market in WV so that's what keeps my interests running. Now the next step is to start taking wheatgrass juice. I've been taking a shot or 2 of it a day for the last 2 or 3 years and I can't live without it! Mmmm... grasss
Vallerina 2 #9 September 8, 2004 QuoteNow the next step is to start taking wheatgrass juice. I was actually thinking about heading to Jamba Juice today for some.....
