adamjenner 0 #4 September 8, 2004 I got 10 because it wouldn't stop bugging me to upgrade. it's basically the same as 9 only with a different "skin" i like it.
CrazyIvan 0 #5 September 8, 2004 Yup, using WMP10, is cool, a few nice new features, but, I use the CLASSIC skin, not that faggy gui they have. __________________________________________ Blue Skies and May the Force be with you.
RevJim 0 #6 September 8, 2004 I'm using it too, with the new gui. The rip/burn/snyc layout is much more user friendly. Nero is still better IMO, but it's a new lappy, and I haven't put that on here......yet.It's your life, live it! Slappie 9 #11 September 8, 2004 Media Player is now finger-printing your rips (mp3) If you try to play them on other machines and the fingerprint doesn't match ... wont play. Something to do with Copywrite protection. I've read briefly about it, no links sorry. Just info I've seen somewhere LOL. I don't use WMP so I dunno if it's actually true. Over the past 16 years of computer semi-literacy, my take on upgrades is that if what I'm using is doing the trick ...I leave it alone. Michael
