I am changing positions in my company. I am moving fom the marketing department into sales. My position is opening up and we are looking for someone immediatly. Here it is: Trade Show Coordinator Job responsibilities include: creatively coordinating the preparation, setup and implementation of all national trade show activities for OSIsoft, and communicating with vendors and customers. Key Responsibilities: • Work with the Marketing team as a tradeshow resource in planning regional and national tradeshows including coordination of exhibit space negotiation and reservations, booth set-up and tear down, shipping, signage, promotional tools, literature orders, booth orders and staffing • On-site management during tradeshows • Collect, condense, distribute and monitor tradeshow information to Sales and Marketing • Assist in researching exhibit, sponsorship, and presentation opportunities • Coordinate freight shipments between warehouses and exhibit sites. Alert supervisor to booth condition, supply or logistical concerns • Aid in producing signage for exhibit booth. Assess signage needs to support tradeshow. Work with Al Chinchar to write and produce directional, informational and promotional signage • Assist in preparation of budgets for events • Coordinate activities with marketing communications, public relations, and finance and accounting departments • Research possible trade shows and schedules with company's management • Perform other duties requested by supervisor Key Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent work experience • Ability to manage multiple projects across varying product lines and markets • Detail-minded, with thorough follow-through • PC proficiencies include (but are not limited to) Word, Excel, FrontPage, PowerPoint and ability to gather information using Internet • Exceptional communication and organizational skills • Attention to detail is essential for successful performance in this position • Maintain flexible system to handle fluctuating tradeshow and logistic needs within Marketing So if you think this is somehting for you drop me a PM7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
