Hahaha.. well, those are all military drops so you can nearly count on the fact the soldier who hit the truck is not a skydiver but some form of military Airborn. I know a bunch of PJs. While they are bad ass and everything, their skydiving and parachuting skills are not what I'd dub as stellar. Parachutes are used for transportation rather than sport. It's not too surprising that one person was caught simply out flying his targeted landing spot. Heck, many of us sport jumpers aren't well versed at accuracy either.
