jceman 1 #7 September 7, 2004 At Skydive Sebastian, we will not only be having the Thanksgiving doings, but it is also the time for the 2nd Annual Bytch Boogie. All the cool people will be there. Faster horses, younger women, older whiskey, more money. Why do they call it "Tourist Season" if we can't shoot them?
Remster 30 #8 September 7, 2004 Quotebut it is also the time for the 2nd Annual Bytch Boogie. I can hear it now.... "Honey, I've booked us to Florida for a real cool boogie... Its called the Bytch Boogie." SLAP "No no.. not you!" SLAP Remster

CanuckInUSA 0 #14 September 22, 2004 QuoteAt Skydive Sebastian, we will not only be having the Thanksgiving doings, but it is also the time for the 2nd Annual Bytch Boogie. Say it ain't so!!! Last year the Bytch Boogie was NOT held on Thanksgiving. It was held on the first weekend of December. Well if you guys must have it on Thanksgiving, then I must regretfully inform you that I won't be there unlike last year (not that my presence would really mean anything in the grand scheme of things). As far as Thanksgiving Boogies are concerned, my presence at the Turkey Boogie in Moab was all etched out in pencil. But now I find myself wanting to attend Jim Slaton's Ground Launching Camp out in CA the weekend before Thanksgiving and I'm going to see if the whuffo boss will let me have the time off to go do that instead. I'll still try and show up to the Turkey Boogie (on Saturday and Sunday) if the boss lets me attend Jim's camp, but the camp will mean more for my canopy control progression then some fixed object jumps in Moab would. I wish I could do it all, but I can't. At least not while I hold a job in corporate America. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over

skybytch 273 #16 September 22, 2004 QuoteIt was held on the first weekend of December. Wow, you must've gotten way drunker than we thought you did. It was held on Halloween weekend last year.
CanuckInUSA 0 #17 September 22, 2004 Oops ... my bad. I knew it was the first weekend of a month. I just got my months wrong and it's probably related to altzeimers more than alcohol. My log book is showing that I made jumps in Sebastian on Nov 1st and 2nd of last year.
