DeNReN 0 #1 September 24, 2004 Soooo....Today I had to break down and buy furnace oil for my tin hut...not that I wanted too...but the damn G/F was shivering and complaining about lack of eskimo blood.... Not that I am cheap...........but the distillate I have to run costs me 62cents a litre(thats about 3 bucks a gal. to you yanks)...Its only Sept.!!!!.........I was hoping to get to mid Oct. before having to fire up old betsy....needless to say..thanks to my non eskimo G/F...I am not conserving our earths presious resources as I would have liked to and now I am contributing to the greenhouse effect more than I would like too I need help fellow Dizzy commers!!! Plz post to tell my G/F to put a sweater on instead of her nighty to laze around the hut with!!!!!! The worlds future depends on all of us being cheap and conserving fossil fuels. This was a shitty summer for me jump wise...weather and work collaided(spel) to keep me at a lowly 6 jumps so far(nerves prob accounted for at least 12 missed jumps)........however!!!...there are quite a few jumpers from our region that log 100+ jumps over the season..and some log more......take my DZO for exp. ....he's the dude you see running to the elevator.... putting on rig while running.......stride stride...hop hop hop(1st leg strap)...stride stride stride.....hop hop hop(second leg strap)....pilot knows who the boss is.. slows plane....DZO get on....moons rest of DZ as plane leaves ground....... You havent helped me keep the heat off Adam......
