councilman24 37 #2 November 8, 2009 If the container your looking at had and still has the spring steel flingers don't buy it. But the fix was free and any that had it should have gotten updated. I don't think all did. The update included removing the flingers, adding a kicker flap for the reserve PC and a new reserve PC. There are older Quasars that never had the spring steel. Other than making sure that's been taken care of if necessary it a fine rig. Not real popular but fine. There was a time limit on the recall/upgrade but if the one your looking at still has the steel call Stong and see if they'll still make the changes for free. BTW I'm the one that took the video of the PC hesitations and started the contact with strong that led to the recall.I'm old for my age.
