When Barry Switzer first took over the Cowboys he wanted some advice on how to win in the NFL so he went to Steve Mariucci of the 49ers and asked. Steve said, "The #1 thing you need is a smart quarterback," he called over Steve Young and asked. "Who is your father's, brother's nephew" Young answered "me." Barry was impressed and when he got back to Dallas he asked the same question to Troy Aikmen. Aikmen said"Hold on a minute." Then ran over and asked Dieon Sanders to which Sanders replied "Me" Aikmen ran back to coach Switzer and said, "I got the answer it's Dieon Sanders." Switzer replied "No you idiot, it's Steve Young."
