It's available via the BBC shop for 14 pounds (+ shipping and vat and what-have-you). But they won't ship to the US - the reasons why elude me - and it's not available via the BBC America store. Any of our stalwart skydiving blokes in the UK willing to do me a favor and order it and then send it to me? I'd be more than happy to send you the dosh for it and whatever shipping costs.
