When I lived and worked in Switzerland I was supposed to get a UPS Express from the states and it got shipped to Swaziland. It was one-of-a-kind biological sample so they had to keep it frozen the whole way (US->Swaziland->Switzerland). Actually looking back it is kind of funny I understand the need for conformity.
