weegegirl 2 #2 October 6, 2004 Hey, I thought last winter you went quite some time without a lot of sugar? What happened? Did you drop that kickass blood type diet already?? Life is too short to forego pleasure.... anyways, decreasing your sugar intake little by little is probably more effective, and also, if you switch to diet sodas ( it;s icky at first ) and then try to go back to regular pop, it's tastes like syrup! so, of course you can quit, just think positively, and SPEAK positively...words are very powerful. For example, I always tell myself I hate chocolate...sooner or later I wont want it anymore. Mother to the cutest little thing in the world... There's actually a lot of decent sugar free products out there. (Yes, some are nasty and I hear too much Splenda or maltilol will give you the runs, but in moderation.....) The Russell Stouver low carb chocolates are really good- OK, they aren't Godiva, but they do taste like real chocolate! Sugar is addictive for me. The more I have, the more I crave! No f'in way I could truely give up all sugar... you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?
