Wouldn't you know the day we have a little extra money and aren't doing anything my allergies flare up and my head is congested. Just my dumb luck. Just wanted to vent. Every OTC sleep aid I've seen has diphenhydramine (benadryl) as the active ingredient. I wouldn't recomment it for activities that require you to be alert. Careful though, everyone is different, 4K doesn't bother me when I'm congested much. And I can still get almost 15 seconds from it.
