sunshine 2 #51 November 11, 2003 QuoteI'm actually running on 2 or less hours of sleep. My oldest daughter was up most of the night sick, and yes, I was up with her. She's resting peacefully right now, but her 4 year old brother got up at 6, so I don't get to sleep today. Early to bed tonight, I can see that coming. Try and take a nap when the 6yr old does. I gotta work at my 2nd job tonight so i'll be there til 11:15pm, then back at the office at 6:30 tomorrow morning. Ugh. ___________________________________________ meow I get a Mike hug! skymama 37 #53 November 11, 2003 QuoteAndi, Um, er, Andrea, Um, er, mama, that is just wrong on soooo many levels. LOL, I was kidding! I do admit to napping when I was a stay-at-home mom with 2 little ones, but only when I layed them down also. I think naptime was more for me than them as they got older though. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon

RevJim 0 #55 November 11, 2003 I gotta agree, at 33, naptime is starting to sound better and better to me. Too bad the 4 year old is a bit too much like me. Can't trust him if you can't see him. That's what I get for spreading out 4 kids over almost 9 years. It's your life, live it! flyangel2 2 #57 November 11, 2003 That's just what I told Jim to do. When I was a stay at home mom, and doing daycare, nap time was for me. I would have a contest with all the kids to see who could fall asleep first. Most times I won.May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. sunshine 2 #58 November 11, 2003 QuoteSo do you go through post whore withdrawals since you can't get your dz.com fix at job #2? How do you cope? Watching all the little high school kids and their drama is quite amusing. It makes the time go by fast. ___________________________________________ meow I get a Mike hug! I get a Mike hug! Snowwhite 0 #59 November 11, 2003 QuoteQuoteThat said, I don't hardly ever poke my head into the womans forum either, since I am not a female. Still I steal cursory glances at the obsurd thread topics from time to time just to see what is going on in there........ You don't what you're missing chuckie. You know that when a bunch of women get together, we all have pillow fights in our pajamas. RevJim 0 #60 November 12, 2003 OK, I better bring this into my own thread, so Steve doesn't get mad at me. I love my wingsuit. Really, I do. I love my Sabre too! They even match (how's that for cool, since I got them both used, a year apart). The Wings are made out of PD's zp material, in the exact same color as 5 of the 9 cells on my Sabre. I happen to really like the color too. Well, I do like my Javelin, but it is a bit too tight for me. I think I'll be getting rid of it this spring, when I order and receive a new container, custom fit and colored for me. (Pic attached). Anyway, the Jav is not for sale right now, and might not be in the future at all. Now, if someone out there knows a smaller girl, or a guy with a reaaaaly short thin torso (like me, I'm all legs) with financial difficulties, let me know. Anyway, I'm still so pumped, I can't freakin wait for the weekend so I can go take to wing and fly away, again. It's your life, live it! RevJim 0 #62 October 12, 2004 QuoteIt didn't take Rev. Jim long to change his icon. I'm starting this thread so that Jim will post, and you all can see him in his new wing suit. Jim, you're looking pretty hot I was kinda down today. No real reason, just at school and bored. I needed a smile, and it just wasn't coming. I decided to search for a post I made some time ago and in searching I found this thread, one that I had totally forgotten about. As it stands, I can no longer remember when post I was searching for, and this thread was brought the smile back out. Thanks Mar, Katee, Renee, Sunny and others. Even though it was from some time ago, I needed it now, and it's still greatly appreciated. p.s. Ignore the mirage pic-post at the end. It's a Racer that's ordered, and I'm sure it will be here eventually. Also: I think it's a record. I haven't changed my avitar since this post. Why should I? It got me lots O' love! RevJim 0 #66 October 12, 2004 Thanks Lisa. It's just the piling up of the shit that gets to you. I know what I want, but ya know the drill... School, bills, family at home, and no real income. Add to that the fact that the last time I got an airbath was my Bird Man balloon jump at the WFFC... Well, I needed to smaile, and that did it. Your post just made it bigger too, thanks! "rev jim was here"...... that made me smile all night.... very funny!!!! Heh I regretfully didn't make that part of the bonfire. I had a good excuse though. My balloon jump was set for 6 a.m. and when I got out there at that time on the golf cart, Monkey1, Bytch, and that particular hottie (as well as others) were still there. So, even though I didn't get to drink around the blazing heat, I did get the best of both worlds. An early morning balloon jump, and the last of the original bonfire. p.s. she was pretty cute, wasn't she? (And if that's all you could read..... heh) It's your life, live it!
