More sex it better for healthy DNA

Not the first study to show sex is healthful, either. There are all sorts of benefits to your entire body from sustained (hopefully) aerobic activity. Plus the physical connection with someone (along with the ego boost of getting some) gives you an emotional boost. Studies have shown that there are biochemicals related to emotional well-being that are at higher levels for days after sex. As long as you don't get any of those nasty bugs in your system, hump away!
