PhillyKev 0 #3 October 14, 2004 Actually, we would, we have DST as well. Excpet that article has it a little fouled up. When you turn back the clocks in the fall, you're going back to standard time. In other words, noon is the middle of daylight hours. Scrapping the daylight savings time system would just mean that it would be darker earlier in the summer as well.
