Kbone 0 #1 October 16, 2004 I’m doing some research and I am trying to discover the worst dropzone in the world. I would like to hear some feedback from skydivers of all nationalities and ethnicities. I am doing this survey because I am having difficulty with the “dropzone reviews” utter lack of objectivity. I have been hired by a skydiving publication to write an article about why people slam dropzones. Don’t be afraid of reprisal. Post under an alias if needed. Be reasonable and substantiate your claims. I don’t want this thread locked by Sangiro and company. No offense! I just don’t want the moderators to lock this thread before I am done collecting data. There is talk of an award that will be given to the world’s worst dropzone. Possibly in the form of a trophy, possibly a Cessna 182 crashing into an airplane hanger is one idea that’s being considered. Have at it!

fatflying 0 #3 October 16, 2004 The worst drop zone in the world is one you can't jump at. Quit stiring the pot. I've benn to 9 DZ's in my short time as a skydiver and I havn't a bad word for any. People slam DZ's becouse of there lack of understanding that thats just the way it is at that dz. Accept it for what it is and move on, if not make the best of it. I here people slam my home dz all the time, yet we have one of the safest DZ's in the country, maybe the world. I used to get weekly spankings over there, and wondered why,as I progressed I learned. Thats just the way it is.

And any opinions you collect off this thread are just that, opinions. What's good to one person is bad to another. The results will never be totally objective. In addition, since you have been hired to write this article, you are advertising in the forums for something that will benefit you. There is a no advertising rule for the forums, please refer to the forum rules. I'm locking this thread. If anyone wants to get in touch with you, they can send you a pm.She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
