I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet. The proper function of man is to live, not to exist. I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them. I shall use my time." Jack London
ltdiver 3 #2 October 17, 2004 I had an elderly patient who had severe arthritis and multiple points of pain and debility from this. Yet she strived to continue moving on. Her comment to me was priceless. She remarked, "If I get to the end of my life and haven't used up all my parts, then I haven't lived!" Thank you, Carmel. You made me rethink the way we live. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
