Funniest thing...

Recommended Posts

I was gaming online, while gaming someone tried to hack into my computer.

Got his IP address, moron wasn't even using a proxy server.

I went here, http://www.findnot.com/

Got the exact Latitude and Longitude of his IP address... Turned that into a street address... This moron had instant messaging on... Sent a message across his computer screen with his physical address "or very close to it" stating I AM VERY PISSED OFF at you for trying to hack my machine!!!...

LOL

Needless to say his IP VANISHED... That must have scared the poop out of him.. Probably unplugged his machine.. lol

Probably some damned 14 year old script kiddy that doesn't know the first thing about real hacking.

Real hacking isn't malitious, it doesn't do any harm, its about learning and information. Its not about stealing CC #'s, viruses, trojan horses and fucking up people's lives.

Good, maybe this will scare the kid into learning something worth-while instead of fucking about with hurtful programs that he didn't even write (nor knows how to write).

Actually, that does'nt give you the location of his IP, it just gives you the GPD cords of the last router that has that keyed in along the tracert to his end IP. I know the infastructre quite well here in town and the GPS location that the site shows for me is over 12 miles away from where I am in in the central telco office for my ISP in town. You can do the same thing only showing the rest of his troute using Neotrace.

Pretty funny. I wish I knew that much about computers, but I dont.

Although...

One time I was talking to girl, and I knew one of her friends. She did not know that I knew him. I convicned him to tell me what she is posting with him, and I then proceeded to tell her I'm hacking into he computer. I told her I was watching her conversations. It fooled her pretty good, and she got waaay paranoid!

I help run a company website which provides a forum for technical support. As a 'feature' we provide an outlet for our users to converse in the 'community' area of said forum.

We had two users who not only knew each other but made it publicly known. Well one started to act up a bit so I traced both IP addresses to a town outside of Wellington New Zealand. (which matched their profiles) As one had a rather strange last name I looked it up and got an address and phone number. I then looked up the other and found the closest to the first. I then dialed the phone.

A young sounding male answered the phone to whom I explained my name is DT and I work Clickteam - USA, I am calling with regards to Steve's activities on our company website.... This is the point where the phone died and I observed his IP disconnect from the forum.B|

Stupid gits...
