liver, until i found out that the way it's prepared amkes all the difference. my mom (a brit) cooked everything to death, she used a smoke detector for a timer in the kitchen.

also brussel sprouts. nasty wee things. still don't like them much. and yoghurt. just the thought of it makes me gross out.

I was the odd kid, I LOVED veggies growing up and still do.

I honestly can't think of something that I didn't like as a kid that I like now. Some things have remained constant, for instance I don't like sea food.

Liver - and any kind of internal organ my Mom would try to feed me. I'd either ditch it under the table and let the dogs eat it or just outright refuse, and would not give in. I sat at the table until Midnight sometimes.

I won't do bugs, and I've tried enough tripe not to want to try it again. Yes, even the delicious menudo at the Mexican restaurant you (that's anyone who suggests it) say I have to try.

I was omnivorous as a child, so there isn't anything on the "love it now - hated it then" list.

caviar...tried it, really didn't like it, but then again it WAS pretty cheap caviar.
Also, I keep trying to eat lima beans and beets, and drink regular soy milk, since I tend to eat healthy, but those three things are just icky!!!
Oh well, maybe in 10 yrs. I'll like em!
Also, habaneros, I told my dad I'd never eat one, but I am trying to turn my tastebuds on to hot and spicy things, so I'll let you know when I finally down an habanero...anybody wanna pay me to eat one?

Vegemite is YUMMY! Even my cats love it! You have to eat it just right though - a thin spread on buttered toast, maybe with a fried egg or cheese on top.
I wouldn't eat lettuce or tomato when I was a kid, but I like 'em both now... Not too many foods I won't eat, except for maybe bugs and brains and stuff like that... oh, and no oysters because they made me really sick once. And I'm not too keen on sushi, but I'll eat it... (anything tastes ok if you put enough soy sauce and wasabi on it ;)

When i was a kid i hated Mushrooms, prawns and oysters but now i love them all... I guess tastes change.
