I'm not talking about the sexual kind, just normal, human touch between people. Do you get enough touching, such as hugs, pats, embraces, handshakes, etc.? It's important to communicate through touch, with people you love and like, and perhaps even with people you don't like... Why not touch somebody today, see what happens. Just BE CAREFUL. We adopted 3 kids at once, at age 5-5 & 6... they were huggers and snugglers from day one, but seemed to back away after a time because I almost never initiated the contact... I had to 'retrain' myself, it really is important... It might be a knee when on the couch or our backs when sleeping, or holding hands shopping, etc, but we are very rarely not in physical contact. So yes, I definitely get my touch quota every day, and so does he. Even our friends call us Jenad (Jen and Chad) since we are inseparable. Another option could've been; yes I get enough but would still like more!
