AggieDave 6 #1 October 29, 2004 Ever get a song that you can't stop listening to? You have it on repeat and you keep listening to it, over and over and over again. I'm stuck right now, I can't stop listening to a song. Whats even stranger is its a song I grew up listening to, I know the song forward and backwards already...atleast its a really good song. If you're curious, the clue is here in this post for what song it is (its really obvious).--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." SarahC07 0 #2 October 29, 2004 I go on a playlist repeat for about a week at the longest... and then it's time for new music... And this song that is sneakily disguised in your post....??.... I'm lost.... It must be the age difference....
Slowfaller 0 #3 October 29, 2004 Sure thats happend with several songs. As a complete guess I'm going to say "Repeater" by Fugazi --"Someday you will die and somehow somethings going to steal your carbon" -MM
AggieDave 6 #4 October 29, 2004 Its not sneakily disguised...you're just too young I guess...actually I'm too young for it too, but it comes from the best time period in country music from some of the best artists.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." SarahC07 0 #6 October 29, 2004 HA! After googling... I have found that it is "Seven Spanish Angels" By Willie Nelson... don't you just love google??
AggieDave 6 #7 October 29, 2004 You don't know that song, you had to use google? SHAME! You must now listen to it to understand. EDIT: There's a version with the rest of the Highway Men singing it too...that's a good version. As is the version with Ray Charles and Willie.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
adamjenner 0 #8 October 29, 2004 Quote "Seven Spanish Angels" By Willie Nelson I agree, that's a tune i could listen to over and over. BUT for the moment the only one i can't stop thinking about is "open your eyes" by the Guano Apes.
flyingferret 0 #9 October 29, 2004 You got me hooked on the theme from that Red Bull air race video. It is by Leo Sayer - Thunder in my Heart. But it is a remix, been trying to find it for days. Now...I am rewatching the video just to hear the song.... -- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
