wingnut 0 #3 October 31, 2004 ahh, the "hill" (brighton) was great. missed the powder of yesterday for packed and groomed snow of today but it was snowing a little when i left... this year should be good... and with powder mountain being about 30 minutes away and snow basin a mere 20 i shold be hitting it hard this winter. got to go to park city atleast once also..... all are invited to come up and hit the slopes!!!! was suposed to go out partying with KidIcarus tonight, but i'm dead tired........ i guess that'll teachme not to do any exercise besides acking all summer and then tryand hit the black on the first run..... p.s. i only fell like 3 times and inthe worse possible places too.. the flats... had to unclip mu foot and skate out... if ya board ya got to know that sucks..... luckyi have step in binding so it was way easy to getthe foot back inand be off again..... this season is number 10 for me...... woo, hooo..to bad i had a couple yar break back in 2001/2002... ______________________________________ "i have no reader's digest version" Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Viking 0 #4 October 31, 2004 my brother and I are planning on hitting up Snow Summit this season. only my third time on a snowboard. First time i damn near broke myself b/c i was trying to learn on a bunny slope that was nothing but ice Second time was tons better as we had powder. I had alot of fun but i still couldn't get turn or stop while facing up hill. I can nail the stuff facing down hill.
