I was going for a light vs dark side theme. for the light one i used some fake crushed ice looking stuff i got at micheals and lit it from underneath with a blue jell. Daizey 0 #7 November 3, 2004 I love those goggles...I used to use them all the time!haha anyway, awesome pictures...nice subject to use...the cool thing about each of them is when I see the goggles I relate them to my swimming in the past -the first reminds me of how i felt when i would win a race and the second reminds me of how I felt when I'd lose! That second one also reminds me of what i think about when I think about the sport right now...became like a hell to me in the end.. Viking 0 #16 November 3, 2004 I tried doing the matching angles for both and i just didn't like the dark one in that angle. I like this angle b/c to me it looks like the goggles are looking back at you with the the gold accent on the top rim on the lens. I tried alot of different angles but the straight on look is just more impactfull for me dispite not being able to see the logo. thanx for all the positive remarks and hints. Out of interest, did you consider composing it so the Speedo reads the other way, ie from bottom left towards centre? That would draw the eye to the centre of the picture.
