My Favorites:

White wine instead of oil. Works well with meat and veggies but lousy with anything using batter - doesn't get as hot as oil, but it does taste great! Also you don't get that "full" feeling so fast that comes with using oil.

Chocolate fondue for dessert - a great way to end the evening with a lady before the real fun starts.B|

Nice...very nice....envious.

Although earlier this week, I cooked dinner for a super cool person i know :);) And we had Shrimp/Feta pasta with a variety of olives, garlic and tomato, all tossed and slightly warm. MMMMMM, and it was appreciated B|

Yep, that is good too, you can also grind some basil with that.

The food is that I am picking up my daugther, and she loves sea food, and I do too. I like to cook.B|

I LOVE fondue.

It so much more fun to play the drop your bread in the pot with a whole table full of people. When I was in Switzerland we had to kiss everyone of the oppeset sex at the table if we dropped the bread in.

was talking REAL fondue... Cheese... Moitié Moitié (half gruyère, halef vacherin)... So creamy...

Juan, mmmmh... Paella... The best one was the one my Madrileña grandma used to do... Specially when you reheat it 1-2 days after... MMMMMHHHH YUMMMI
