I need a headache cure!

The sleeping agent in Tylenol PM is the same ingredient in benadryl (diphenhydramine). I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately, and I asked the pharmacist if the OTC sleeping aids really work. She just told me to try taking benadryl, and it has knocked me out pretty quickly...

So if you want to be drowsy with the aid of an extra analgesic, Tylenol PM is good.
