What's in your future

He'd have to be the most incredible man to ever walk this Earth to capture my heart.

I've only been single for a year now and I already have a pretty good idea of what I do and don't want. Another 7 or 8 years of this and I should have a complete blueprint that no man could ever possibly fit into. Guess I'm doin alright for myself then.

Any of the married folks get married because of pregnancy?

Awww, hell. I was with her for 5 years and already had 2 daughters when we got married. In fact both of our daughters were in our wedding. They were soooooo cute, with dresses matching the rest of the wedding party. :)

Getting married was the best think I have ever done...totally spontaneous, too! We worked through problems that we may not have stuck out if we had just been dating. The end reward is sooo amazing and it just gets better every day. Hoping for kids in a few more years, but also hoping he doesn't read this thread since there isn't much positive feedback for kids. He's not so sure....

I'd like to be married, but I know that the time has long since passed.:|

Says who? There is no age limit, you may find someone that really moves you and it happens. You might meet them tomorrow or next week or next month, you never know.

I firmly thought I wouldn't meet who I wanted to marry for atleast another 5 years, if at all, but I did and everything just fell together so perfectly. I can't describe it, it just worked.B|

My Grandmother was widowed before I was born. In fact, before my father had even met my mother. She remarried in 78, when she was ~58. I was eight, and that man was my grandpa, period.

Never say never.
