CanuckInUSA 0 #51 November 15, 2004 0:0:0 Re-injured my elbow playing hockey Friday night, so no jumping for me this weekend. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
davedlg 0 #52 November 15, 2004 ::1 No jumps, but I made a wasted drive on Sunday all the way to the DZ just to get manifested and geared up and have the plane grounded for maintenance. My FIRST ski day of the year on Saturday
vdschoor 0 #53 November 15, 2004 :9:1 6 jumps in Byron on Saturday, and 3 jumps in Lodi on Sunday, since in Byron it was too foggy to jump.. Jumped the Stiletto 135 again all weekend, with the exception of one jump on a Sabre2 135. Did my first tube jump (holding the tube) it was fun, but my shoulder didn't like it at all... Killer party Friday night Killer concert Saturday night Nice long game of Texas Hold Em poker Saturday morning while waiting for the fog to clear 3 fun jumps in Lodi and a nice jump off a tower to end the weekend. Emel 0 #56 November 15, 2004 Too cloudy to jump on Saturday....Did get to watch the reserves being packed though. That was informative. One jump on Sunday;Level 5 and guess what? Bad exit bad arch. I failed. Yep sucked. Now I have the entire week until I can jump again. Life is best lived one jump at a time.
livendive 8 #57 November 15, 2004 ...:1:1 One jump, a flour bombing. I missed the peas by ~4 ft, but someone else missed 'em by ~2 ft. FallingAngel 0 #58 November 15, 2004 I'll play this weekend: the smile can't be big enough even though i didn't jump:0:0 Bo,you were out this weekend? Boo, I missed it. Was out at the DZ friday around 8pm, but got a call from a friend, so went to the burbs and drank with him and a few other DZ regulars, then made it out to the DZ around midnight...so we ruled the bar! Everyone else had left by this time...Drank so much, we were drunk dialing people at 9am, after, we had gotten some sleep. Back to the burbs cuz that's where enzo's car was and he had to go to a wedding, passed out on my friend's bed (alone, he was still at the DZ). He showed up with his roomate around 3 and we did non skydiving things . Sunday caved it at the DZ. Next weekend I'll be itching to jump. But wow, what a great weekend. ChasingBlueSky 0 #59 November 15, 2004 Yup, I was there Sat and Sun. Had a bit too much fun in the SkyBar Saturday night and thought I saw your car over by the showers. I finally rolled into the hanger on Sunday around 1:30p. I've got some pictures of enzo in his tux if you want them._________________________________________ you can burn the land and boil the sea, but you can't take the sky from me.... And you probably did see my car by the shower house...I got to the DZ late and just went to bed with one good looking, well dressed man!
Chrissay 0 #61 November 16, 2004 :3:0 Went to the neighboring dz to get a few jumps in on Saturday since all of our planes are getting mtx done. It was a bit chilly for me (42 or something degrees) but since it felt like I hadn't jumped in forever, somehow I didn't notice the temp. Yeah, I got the whuffo dust off! Had some fun jumps with peeps I don't normally jump with and gave someone their first sitfly dock . Sunday I spent 17 hours at work 9:30 AM to 3:30 AM on Monday morning (and was back to work by 10 AM on Monday). Which really sucked and hope I don't have to do that anytime soon again.
