jumperconway 0 #1 November 20, 2004 The memorial service for my mom was wonderful yesterday thank in no small part to my doctor. I called and he got me a script for some unknown anti-anxiety pills that worked like a champ! My brother got up and gave a 10 minute eulogy of our mothers life that was just incredible. The church was filled beyond seating capacity! Only 3 of my jumper friends were able to make it but 3 O'clock on a Friday afternoon isn't the easiest thing to make. There was a wonderful BBQ and booze party following at Dad's house. Thanks to Rich, Rich and Leahe for taking the time off to be there. Blue skies Pat, Conway
flyangel2 2 #2 November 20, 2004 Conway, I am searching for words, and can't seem to find them. Big hugs to you.May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. May your mountains rise into and above the clouds. - Edward Abbey

skysprite 0 #6 November 22, 2004 You and your family have been in my prayers and will continue to be in them. I hope you are able to find peace, but know that it is perfectly okay to miss your mom. I was given a beautiful card when my brother died and still have it to this day. I'd like to share its words with you... "The beauty of a life well-lived never dies...it continues to embrace and inspire us." I hope you can take comfort in your loving memories and let them continue to inspire you, and know that your "sky-family" is thinking about you.~skysprite

She was happy to be at the DZ with my niece and nephew. She is going to do her skydive with me and friends over Sugar Creek Country Club on her 70th birthday! It was her wish. Her house is on the 8th hole and we should be able to land right in front of the house!
