...and you are.....?

Recommended Posts

Like you, I like to leave early in the morning for road trips. And right now I'm working at a job that has me getting up at 2:30 in the morning five days a week, but I prefer to sleep in and typically just "come alive" at night. Was always a night owl growing up.

Years ago, I took on a 2nd job and worked at a 5* restaurant, and most of the time I'd have to close. I was so f'n wired when I got home that I'd have to drink wine and watch TV for a while to wind down enough to sleep. Then, I had to get up early for my day job and was pooped!:S

I wake up at noon and go to sleep at midnight. I also take a refreshing nap from 1-4 and then rest my eyes after dinner from 7-9. I also sometimes lie down a bit earlier if I'm feeling particularly worn out, say around 10 or so.

I think I'm addicted to warm blankets. :P

I have an 8-4 (or sometimes 7-3) job that has me out of bed at 5:30-6 am. I'm also physically active and has SOME ( ;) ) social life so on weekdays I can't stay awake past 10-10:30 pm.
Sleep in for me is 9:00 am, if I stay out late 10-10:30 am.
Sleeping much more into the day feels to me like a waste...

I can work double shifts til 7am and still have a normal day that morning. As well work requires me to get up at 5am on weekends.

You can sleep when you're dead!;)

I've always only required 7 hours of sleep per night. Since my head injury, I'm averaging 12 hours per night plus a 2 hour nap. But the doc says that's normal and I will get back to that 7 hours when I am completely recovered.

DZ is an hour away, and I need to be there for 7am for team training. Ouch.

All Aussies are morning people. First load on a Sunday is 06:45! Mainly 'cause the weather is more stable early in the day. If it's gonna rain or get windy that tends to happen after 10am...
