RkyMtnHigh 0 #1 November 22, 2004 If I'm excited about an early tee time or road trip, I'm a morning bird...but if I don't, I'd prefer to sleep in as long as I can. Otherwise, I think I fit into the Night Owl category. _________________________________________

skysprite 0 #5 November 22, 2004 Like you, I like to leave early in the morning for road trips. And right now I'm working at a job that has me getting up at 2:30 in the morning five days a week, but I prefer to sleep in and typically just "come alive" at night. Was always a night owl growing up.~skysprite
RkyMtnHigh 0 #6 November 22, 2004 Years ago, I took on a 2nd job and worked at a 5* restaurant, and most of the time I'd have to close. I was so f'n wired when I got home that I'd have to drink wine and watch TV for a while to wind down enough to sleep. Then, I had to get up early for my day job and was pooped! _________________________________________

skysprite 0 #9 November 22, 2004 Yeah, my schedule this semester sucks. Tues/Thurs average 19 hour days for me. I come home, get 2-4 hours of sleep, and get up at 2:30 for a slightly shorter day. Should get a better work and school schedule next semester.~skysprite

Dougiefresh 0 #12 November 22, 2004 I wake up at noon and go to sleep at midnight. I also take a refreshing nap from 1-4 and then rest my eyes after dinner from 7-9. I also sometimes lie down a bit earlier if I'm feeling particularly worn out, say around 10 or so. I think I'm addicted to warm blankets. hungarianchick 0 #14 November 22, 2004 I have an 8-4 (or sometimes 7-3) job that has me out of bed at 5:30-6 am. I'm also physically active and has SOME ( ) social life so on weekdays I can't stay awake past 10-10:30 pm. Sleep in for me is 9:00 am, if I stay out late 10-10:30 am. Sleeping much more into the day feels to me like a waste... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."

FlyingJ 0 #19 November 22, 2004 Depends...at home, nice and warm in my own bed I could sleep all day with no problem. At the DZ (or anywhere I'm camping for that matter) I'm up w/ the sun regardless of what time I went to bed.Killing threads since 2004.

Muenkel 0 #21 November 22, 2004 I've always only required 7 hours of sleep per night. Since my head injury, I'm averaging 12 hours per night plus a 2 hour nap. But the doc says that's normal and I will get back to that 7 hours when I am completely recovered. _________________________________________ Chris

bob.dino 1 #25 November 22, 2004 DZ is an hour away, and I need to be there for 7am for team training. Ouch. All Aussies are morning people. First load on a Sunday is 06:45! Mainly 'cause the weather is more stable early in the day. If it's gonna rain or get windy that tends to happen after 10am...
