dixieskydiver 0 #1 November 22, 2004 Alright I'm getting a Kurupee freefly suit for X-mas and I was wondering if fashion coloring rules apply to skydiving gear. For example most of my gear is white and blue with grey accents and I like this color scheme. However my rig is mostly black with similiar colored accents as the rest of my gear. Can I put Blue and Black together as the main colors of my freefly suit without commiting a serious fashion error? skymama 37 #2 November 22, 2004 I see blue and black together quite often. Royal blue looks great with black in my opinion and would compliment your gear well. Kirk K here is what you do.. pretend to take up an expensive hobby that wouldnt piss her off as much... say drinking.. or golf. I suggest drinking because its closer to skydiving than golf.. Then take all the money you would have spent doing those things, and apply it towards gear, but be very very sneaky about it. Tell her you won your new Neptune in a raffle. Yah.. the sooner you start lying about it the easier it is to remember that you lied about all of it not just specifics... (I am TOTALLY kidding... (about the lying) ) It'll still work though. JohnnyD 0 #19 November 22, 2004 The white around the bottom of the suit may get dirty pretty quick. I made the mistake of putting white on my knees once - bad idea since i do not use a packer.

NickDG 23 #21 November 22, 2004 Jumpsuit fashion violations? How about take it off, when you're not skydiving. One Saturday night in the Perris Ghetto there was an earthquake at about 3:30 in the morning. It caused almost everyone to turn out. (Trailers really rock and roll in an earthquake.) It was too funny to see so many who hadn't been to bed yet still partying from the day before and about three quarters of them are still wearing their jumpsuits . . . Only issue is that you'll blend into the sky on video . Maybe some orange/red accents to up the visibility a bit?
