AggieDave 6 #1 November 24, 2004 We (south/central Texas) have had a full on onslaught of very strong storms come through the past few days. I thought it may be over after the HUGE storm that went through today, but NOOOOOOOOO. http://www.weather.com/weather/local/77845?lswe=77845&lwsa=WeatherLocalUndeclared Check that radar out (its 2030 local right now). Suck it up. Brazos county (where I live) has had 8" of rain today.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."

AggieDave 6 #3 November 24, 2004 Yeah, this weekend is supposed to be nice. You know, the way the storm cells came together, this could be one serious tornado producing SOB of a storm. Oh well. Won't be the first time for me.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."

chaoskitty 0 #6 November 24, 2004 Radar is clear now.. looks like the storms have passed until early next week. Thank GOD... because we seem to get the same weather systems that pass thru Texas, about a day and a half later. So I'll give it til Thursday afternoon to quit raining, or else I'm going to throw myself off of the roof. stop raining already....
BillyVance 35 #7 November 24, 2004 I feel your pain. We've been getting tons of rain up here too (Birmingham, AL area). Lot of lightning last night and this morning too. Driving west on I-20 towards Birmingham to work was crazy. I watched a 55 MPH steel sign fly through the air and crash on the interstate right in front of me! Thankfully I drove right over it with no problems, phew! Those things are heavy steel too! I'm betting the lake is going to rise into my backyard again today. 6 days straight of this shit...
