Send me up a drink
Jokes Major Tom
The count goes on......
4.....3....2.....1.....
Earth Below Us
Drifting Falling
Floating Weightless
Coming, Calling, Home

Every hero's got to have theme music!:P

Peter Schilling. And I didn't have to google it. "Coming Home (Major Tom)"

I also like Icicle Works "Whisper to a Scream".

Some things take forever,
But with building bricks of trust and love,
Mountains can be moved

Love come, down upon us 'till you flow like water,
Burning, with the hope of insight,
Feathered, look they're covered with a bright elation,
Stolen, in the sight of love,

Chorus: We are, we are, we are but your children, finding our way
Around indecision, we are, we are, we are ever helpless,
Take us forever, a whisper to a scream

Birds Fly, in the eye of the faithless daughter,
Broken, at the bitter end,
Wasted, sacrifice for a new nirvana,
Night time, send us on our way

Okay so I decided my favorite 80s song is Ballroom Blitz by Blue Oyster Cult. It's my ringtone.

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
And the man at the back said
Everyone attack and it turned into a ballroom blitz
And the girl in the corner said
Boy, I wanna warn ya, it'll turn into a ballroom blitz
Ballroom blitz, ballroom blitz, ballroom blitz
Ballroom blitz

You need to get the original "The SWEET":)

i think the start of that song would make an awsome soundtrack for a 4-way exit, if you could get the guys to sync their exit count with the music

ready steve?
uh-huh
andy?
yeah.
mick?
okay.
all right fellas, let's goooooooooo!!!!!!

some of the other lyrics would work well too,

"i'm reaching out for something, but touching nothing's all i ever do." would be good for someone making an unsuccessful approach to dock.

edited to add: one of my fave 80's songs is 'Shout' by Tears for Fears. I remember standing on the sidewalk at yonge and dundas in toronto in the early 80's and that song came on CHUM FM. almost every car that drove by and a lot of the stores in the area had the same song playing, and they all seemed to crank it up. it was kind of surreal hearing the song coming from everywhere. fast forward to last winter, i was in Ottawa Ontario, walking back to my hotel one evening and some guy, walking alone, was singing that song at the top of his lungs. and doing a very good job of it i thought, and the way his voice was echoing in the empty streets and tall buildings was very cool. took me back about 20 years real quick!
