Evelyn 0 #1 December 3, 2004 I had to appear for jury duty today. Ended up just sitting in the jury room the entire day, but satisfied my jury duty obligation for the year. I was surprised to find that they had computers in the jury room for potential jurors to use. You had to pay to use them ($4/hr or $10/day) but still, how cool is that. Unfortunately I got there late and all the computers were taken, otherwise I could have spent the day on dz.com instead of reading my romance novel. jumpinfarmer 0 #2 December 3, 2004 I kind of liked jury duty when I had to go. I got paid for three partial days of sitting there on a DWI case. I remember that a girl on the jury with me said she had made several skydives and everyone was asking all about it. She was very eager to tell all about it.
