does anyone have a clue what such a flight will cost, i can not find any flights apart from leaving the uk, does anyone know any different? Thanks.

cool, i am not going to be in uk though when i am looking to fly. i think after scandinavia i am just going to get a villa near barcelona, actually i dont know, i have been searching everything for the last week on a holiday but just cant figure it out, i got about 4000 quid for my partner and i to live off for a month, the ferry to the islands seem so expensive from what i can find. The plane ticket i found from madrid to gran canary are 200 pounds each.

yeah, check spanair as mentionned, or iberia or air europa...
also try to check charter flights with spanish travel agencies... (ex travel agent speaking)

or come to Empuriabrava, the bestest christmas boogie in europe...
If the weather is crap, many people to drink with (drunk empuria parttime jumper going there speaking)
