Oh well, so I'm wine illiterate. Real wine drinkers drink whites too. I'm allergic to the sulfides in wine and reds have TONS more than whites. So while I can have a glass or 2 of white with no bad effects, one glass of red will give me a headache so bad I'll feel like puking. You should watch my boyfriends eyes bug out of his head when he sees me cooking with the good wine. He just doesn't get it that you need to cook with the wine you are going to drink that night so the flavors complement eachother. Fly it like you stole it!
