ladyskydiver 0 #1 December 1, 2004 Ok...I'll admit. I'm having a tough time deciding which dress to wear for SDC's Christmas party on Saturday. I decided to do the practical thing and not buy a new evening gown but wear one I already have. So...I've narrowed it down to the above choices. Which one do you think I should wear? The black dress has slits on the sides to mid-thigh and the back is bare excluding 3 silver bars that cross the back. Very simple and yet exceptionally elegant and is form fitting. The blue dress is very simple and form fitting. The green and red dresses are both corseted tops and flowing bottoms.Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! chaoskitty 0 #2 December 1, 2004 Ok I know I'm going to sound like a guy.. but we need pictures to help you decide. They all sound nice, but you really have to see it on to know what fits and looks best.
ladyskydiver 0 #3 December 1, 2004 Wish I had pics of them. I think I have one of the green dress, but I won't be able to post that until this evening from home. I'm usually pretty good at avoiding cameras when they are around. Sometimes I get caught though.Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably. tigra 0 #7 December 1, 2004 There will be people there in evening gowns and tuxes, but there will also be people there in jeans, and everything in between! You don't need to worry about being over or underdressed whatever you decide. The black one sounds really nice!
ladyskydiver 0 #8 December 1, 2004 One of the silver bars came off the dress and needs to be sewn back on - if possible. Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! Sheenster303 0 #11 December 1, 2004 I'd go with the black dress too, but as everyone has said it would be much easier with pictures.I'm so funny I crack my head open! P.M.S. #

kallend 2,150 #15 December 1, 2004 Who cares about the color? Wear the one that's most revealing.... The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.

chaoskitty 0 #17 December 1, 2004 QuoteOne of the silver bars came off the dress and needs to be sewn back on - if possible. Oh.. sewing... thats enough to make me vote for the red dress. But really.. I am sure they are all appropriate for the event and you look smokin in all of them.. so if youre anything like me, you will just pick the dress you feel like wearing that night. Remster 30 #19 December 1, 2004 John's right. In that optic, the black one gets my vote. If the stitching is shoddy enough for the back thing to have broken, maybe the whole thing will dessintegrate before the end of the envening!Remster
ladyskydiver 0 #20 December 1, 2004 There isn't much covered with the dress anyway and the material is a bit sheer. I find out tonight if the dress gets fixed.Life is short! Break the rules! Dumpster 0 #21 December 1, 2004 OK I have the answer Cora - I'll be at Sky Knights Saturday afternoon. Bring all the dresses, try them on for us and we'll help you make an informed decision! You can help me decide what to wear to the SK party that will complement this nice cast, too. Problem solved! If that's not possible, wear the black dress if repairable, if not then the red. You will look stunning in either! Easy Does It
