The same thing its had on it for the last five years. After Christmas, I just take the artificial tree with lights, tinsel, balls, etc and move it to the closet in the garage. The next Christmes, I move the fully decorated tree back to the same spot as last year.

My snake usually sheds sometime in December, & I use that for a garland. she's only about 5.5 feet long though.

I tried doing that popcorn on the string thing that people did back in the old days, but that just takes too damn long to do. The old days must have been pretty damn boring. After a few beers I just picked up a few handfulls of the popcorn & threw it on the tree. It looked just fine, actually.


and when I was in grad school getting my degree in molecular biology, we had a little tree. I used a plastic molecular model kit to make a benzene ring, and I used that for a star.
