*Jaw drops* Um, wow, n shit! I haven't gotten a bonus since I have worked at this place, and pay raises are never above 4% yearly. :( I just got an extra dollar because they took away my hourly status so now i'm a slave:( I am WAY jealous! Congrats, tho!

Geeze I'm getting screwed then. I have'nt worked less then 50 hours in a LONG time, I have to carry my pager every where and I usually get pages 3-6 times a week. When I went to WFFC I had 14 text pages and 8 voice mails on my cell and another 10 on my desk even though both said I was with out phone or email for a week. Plus I'm personally held responcible for making sure that we meet SOX and GLB plus SAS70 and other audits. Each audit item we get hit on means my chances of a riase go down a lot. More then 3 items and I can kiss a bonus good by. Lately we've been running 12-15 items a year and its on shit I have no control over

I'm on a personal day today and have gotten 3 calls and a page already and I consider this to be a really light day.

Wow, thats awesome! When I was hired I was told the bonuses here were "about a month's pay". But in my 3 years here I've gotten $250, $1500, $2000.... WAY less than a month's pay! (But I seem to be in an upward trend, so I have high hopes for this year! )

I'll be happy if I get at least $2000 again...

My job bites hedgehog toenails. I work at least 2-3 16 hour days a week, NO overtime, was told raises are capped at 1.5%, on call 24/7 and can't leave the zip code 26 weekends a year.

Thank GOD I have another interview this week.
