KawiZX900 0 #2 December 15, 2004 in general.... the studios should re release Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas in 3D... that'd be the poop. Accelerate hard to get them looking, then slam on the fronts and rollright beside the car, hanging the back wheel at eye level for a few seconds. whatever 0 #3 December 15, 2004 read it liked it, as I have all of Hunter S's stuff, since the time I was handed a copy of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas - which I read in one sitting, couldn't put it down - too funny! that was the 1st Hunter S book I read and I believe I've read just about everything he's written that I could get my hands on. he's my favourite author, which is weird to some, as I don't do any drugs... soon to be gone

All out of print? yup... i just started trying to update my Gilliam collection (ive got TB and Brazil on VHS) and discovered they cannot even be ordered thru major outlets.. i've been hunting thru used CD/DVD places and managed to find 12 Monkeys on VHS only (and i'm going to have to get a VCR to watch any of them again ) but otherwise they are unavailable.... if i can find them in rental stores on DVD i'm tempted to pay their exporbant 'lost' fees just to have them...____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed. Slappie 9 #11 December 16, 2004 That is some wicked bad news. All those movies are pretty awesome in their own way. I have a decent copy of 12 monkeys on VHS myself. May have to plug the VCR into my computer and dub a DVD copy while it's still clean. hmmm never done that.. sounds interesting Brazil is a classic Time Bandits - exe produced by George Harrison if I remember correctly. I loved that movie, come to find out it was all only a dream and a burnt up roast in the oven. Total twisted.. Looks to me like you can get anything you want from Amazon.com or its resellers. Here's a link to 12 Monkeys which is available from resellers...click on Terry Gilliam's name lower down and you will get links to all his other stuff .....most of which looks like you can buy from Amazon.-- Murray "No tyranny is so irksome as petty tyranny: the officious demands of policemen, government clerks, and electromechanical gadgets." - Edward Abbey
