flyangel2 2 #26 December 20, 2004 A Wings! You will love it. Most comfortable rig I've ever owned.May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. May your mountains rise into and above the clouds. - Edward Abbey

indyz 1 #33 December 20, 2004 I'm buying myself a new canopy. Not sure exactly what I'm getting yet, but the contenders are: - Pilot - Stiletto - Crossfire - Nitron/Nitro I promised myself I would demo everything before I spent any money. So far I've jumped the Pilot and Stiletto. I really liked the Pilot, and I'm still considering a Stiletto because it's pretty good and there are tons of deals on used ones (spend the savings on getting my wingsuit repaired). I figured I would demo the Crossfire and Nitro(n) in the next month or so, and put in an order in February. Then yesterday I noticed that Aerodyne has a really good sale going until the end of this month. Shit shit shit. Now I'm feeling spendy. Must... resist... check... writing... urge... CanuckInUSA 0 #42 December 21, 2004 I placed a down payment for my 2nd BASE jumping rig (a Rock Dragon canopy and Warlock container from Vertigo ... or was that Apex) as well as talking to the Vertigo people about building me a dedicated Ground Launching harness. So once it arrives, I will have 2 skydiving rigs, 2 BASE jumping rigs and a Ground Launching harness (with the hope of buying a GLX Ground Launching canopy once they are made available to us Joe-Smoes in the public sector). Lot's of new toys are in the works. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over

boinky 0 #47 December 21, 2004 While I really adore what Vallerina bought herself, I could never buy it for myself. Very nice Vallerina! Where are you going to wear it? I guess my needs are too simple. I've read all the postings and even lusted over some of the stuff, but would probably never spend that kind of money on myself. I already have enough gear and I work at a car lot, so I drive new cars all the time, without the payment or insurance. I bought myself a dart board at Walmart for $5. It even came with 6 darts (3 of each color). I've hung it at work and am having the time of my life sharing it with my friends here. Now, if I was being totally impractical and had money to burn, I'd buy myself a Jaguar convertible, an XM radio satellite system and another Lightning (in a 143).Nina Are we called "DAWGs" because we stick our noses up people's butts?
