I never got to meet her, but I saw her picture in the office today on the Memorial flyer. I didn't put the connection together until I read your post. She like others, had her demons which haunted her. Life was not very fair to Catherine and for own reasons She gave up fighting to overcome the pain which burdened her. Her presence will be missed. This isn't about our sport rather about looking out after friends in need for whatever reasons! Sometimes this is a reach for people on the edge and we should stay aware of the difficulties of the brothers and sisters that we relish in this sport. Care about a brother or sister that we welcome to our world of the extreme as if they were ou're own. May the troubles be gone and peace find you!
