brierebecca 0 #1 December 27, 2004 now my toes look like this! I got smileys on the bottoms of my toes! It was the most painful place to tattoo, but it was COMPLETELY worth it, I love them! I've already practiced touching them together to make them kiss (and rubbed them all together at once: TOE ORGY!). The guy who tattoed them on me wanted to write "wee wee wee all the way home" going up the side of my foot from my baby toe, but I was in too much pain by the end. soulshine 0 #4 December 27, 2004 I have tattoos on the top of each big toe. One is a symbol for life and the other is a symbol for love. This way, when I look down from feeling blue, I have a reminder to live and love! But you're right, it hurt like hell. I wanted to kick my tattoo guy in the face when he started doing them. The only thing that stopped me was the reminder that I asked him to do it! I also have a tat that goes from hip to hip on my lower back. That wasn't too comfy to get done either. Let's not even talk about how much it hurt! And yes, the guy who tattooed me said that I'd have to get them touched up every five years or so, but my heart was set on having them there. We used to draw them on with permanent marker when I was running in college, as sort of a good luck ritual before races.
