smiles 0 #1 December 30, 2004 last new years eve, we were so tanked before midnight...we forgot to chill champagne (2 bottles Mumm Cordon Rouge 1998)...so it got thrown in the freezer (never will forgive) and was frozen when the clock struck 12...............sucks. I luv my bubbles......... Have learned to chill in ice bucket 1/2 full cold water, for 1/2 hr. before serving. Wipe bottle/ remove wire & place thumb on top of cork & twist bottle not cork....pour into clear glass flutes 2/3 full- return to ice bucket. Any bubble buffs have more info???
