Avion 0 #39 January 4, 2005 Well, at least its muscular then. When ever I get a kink in my back like that, I use Alleve durning the day, because it lasts all day long, and Advil at night. I use these two like this because if I take Alleve round the clock it tends to work less well by the third 12hr dose or so. For me these will take most of the pain and stiffness away, sometimes all of it. Hope you feel better
 ladyskydiver 0 #40 January 4, 2005 Thanks! Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! My brother had one first, I tried it out, decided I had to have one too. Tempurpedic pillows complete the package. I've had that happen. Crept to the doctor, and he gave me what worked, right off the bat: SOMA. I went to him telling him I am not much for medication, and like to take the minimum, least-powerful stuff necessary to get the job done, and also said I'd like to avoid narcotics. So he gave me Soma, and it really did seem to help greatly with the lower back spasm that was so debilitatingly painful for me. I hope you feel better soon.
