vid666 0 #6 January 4, 2005 being a pretty big ebay seller, I get these daily. I just tell them to go ahead and send the money. After I get it ( usually takes about a month and happens in 50% of the cases) I call my local detective acquaintance at the local PD and hand all the comms and the check over to him. Yes, the scammer is overseas but alot of times their accomplice is in the US. Whether stealing from the bank or just forwarding a phony UPS letter.
