If PD made a Lightning in the 135 size, I would be jumping it instead of a 143 with weights... With my 143, I have to pack on 8 pounds of weight and add an extra pair of metal links to the rear risers to lower the nose so I can keep up with the crwdogs.

OK. I have the plan for you.

Step 1) Go to the nearest liquor store.
Step 2) Buy two bottles of Patron Reposado and two bottles of Cabo Wabo tequila.
Step 3) Go to a UPS store.
Step 4) Mail one bottle each to myself and Pop
Step 5) Go on the Atkins diet.

The first four steps are the important ones.

Dont know if it helps, but everyone that knows me can testify, I was 220 lb and in less than 2 months I went to 165. Nope no drugs were involved and actually I drank a lot of beer. How I did it, first I do have the ability to gain weight once or twice a year without noticing so I have to do it again then.
The rules are:

Rule #1 NO FAST FOOD no matter what, fried food either..
Rule #2 Cereal for breakfast, or oatmeal ect, just nothing fried, I guess you could do poached egg whites on toast without butter, but no fried eggs, bacon ect, except one day a week then whatever you can eat, I went big with a grand slam slugger.
Rule #3 and I think the most important dont eat after 5:30Pm, the late night after a night out meals are the worse. But I ate a normal dinner
I ate normal food but if I diddn't eat by then I went hungry, after a few days of that you dont even want dinner and have to force yourself to eat, which I reccomend. If I diddn't eat by then I drank more beer to compensate, which only made you pee more.

For luch I ate soup/Chili, Ravioli, nothing really special or diet, I diddn't eat nothing really healthy I just cut out Bk ect.

You're head weighs about 10lbs...you could cut that off...or maybe your right leg below the knee.

Or you can do other serious damage to your body trying to loose weight fast. Clean up your diet and get excersizing. You'll loose what you can loose.

2. Take a half a laxative the first three nights
3. Minimum three quarts of water per day
4. No Acohol.
Walk 2 miles every evening
Days 5 - 10
1. 8 oz vegetable juice at lunch
2. 8 oz of fruit juice in the evenings
3. Minimum three quarts of water per day
4. No alcohol.
Walk 2 miles every evening
Days 10 - 15
1. salad for lunch
2. 8 oz of fruit juice in the evenings

If you start feeling weak, lite-headed or overly aggressive at any point after day 5 (fast) 3 ounces of good quality meat at 3:00 in the afternoon. Real juices, not that canned or bottled stuff filled with sugar water - like real Apple Juice, real orange juice., etc. Requires discipline. If people ask you to go eat with them, don't tell them you're on a diet, tell them you aren't hungry.

Sounds like you need my Patented "Sex and Fruit" diet plan.

Real Simple and guaranteed to work:
1. Morning Sex (Gotta get the day started off right!!)
2. For Breakfast, Fruit Only.
3. Try to slip away for a Nooner if at all possible.
4. For Lunch, Again just Fruit.
5. For Dinner, eat a Reasonable Healthy Meal.
6. Sex atleast twice before bed time.

Not only will this Diet shed those unwanted pounds but is guaranteed to make you feel better too.

I have had a pint of whatever soup my company's cafeteria offers for lunch every day for the past year. It works for me. My weight has stayed right around 160 lbs, and I'm 5'-6" tall. Only thing I could do better at is breakfast, which usually consists of a Rice Krispies bar and a Mountain Dew... Dinners are usually consumed by 6 pm...

Looks like a pretty severe "shock diet", but I bet you could lose some fast weight on it. Not as bad as it looks, because you're taking in a fair amount of sugars from the fruit juice.
