But if it's worn off, and it doesn't fit, then you can go off their measurements for ordering new padding. And yes, the padding can be swapped out. The Z1 helmets are one shell size with different padding sizes. Sizes include small (21 1/4 - 21 7/8 inches), medium (22 - 22 1/2 inches), large (22 5/8 - 23 inches), X Large (23 1/4 - 23 3/4 inches), and XX Large (23 7/8 - 24 1/8 inches).
