skymama 37 #29 January 11, 2005 QuoteHeck, I'm looking for extras to send to mom and dad. I'd give you mine, but somebody wrote on it. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon

SkymonkeyONE 4 #31 January 11, 2005 Last I checked, my dad had every single issue ever printed. I have restacked and later reboxed his entire collection probably four times over the years. As for me, I used to do a very good job of keeping them in order, but have unfortunately lost the will and have thrown (or had someone else throw) huge stacks of them away. I still have the very first printed newsletter (not even really a magazine at first), the one from the month I was born, the one where my dad got his D license, the one where my dad got his gold wings (before I was born), the one where I got my D license and few other special issues. If I dig around the house I can find stuff from 1981 to the present, but not in any semblance of order.
jb092 0 #32 January 11, 2005 I only keep the ones that have something interesting to me in them. Sotries about my DZ or friends that are in the mag. What could possibly go wrong?
ltdiver 3 #33 January 11, 2005 QuoteI still have the very first printed newsletter (not even really a magazine at first) Wow! Any chance of scanning and posting that?! I'd love to see what they wrote back then, and who wrote it. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
