Fantasy Band!

Recommended Posts

Ok, I have come up with the idea to composite a "Fantasy Band".. A band in which would include what I think is THE BEST at what they do and would make the band completely awesome. I am very interested in hearing all of you guys' input as well. Here are my choices:

Lead Singer: Jonathon Davis- Korn (*Or Eddie Vedder- Pearl Jam)
Lead Guitar: Eddie Van Halen- Van Halen, Of course!
Bass: Flea- Red Hot Chili Peppers
Drums: Travis Barker- Blink 182

Well, that is what I think, would make a kick ass band. What is yours?
Unknowing attempting to take out all 4 wheeled vehicles remotely close to the landing area!

Interesting mix, My only suggestion would be to swap the lead guitarist for maybe Kirk hammit or possibly the late Darrel "Dimebag" from pantera....

That would sound awful. Kind of like mixing ice cream, gasoline, and chili powder. All good in their own right, but highly crappy when mixed together. A truly great band is more than sum of it's parts. That's why so many artificially created supergroups fail miserably. There are one or two exceptions though, namely bands like Cream or Led Zepellin.

Mind you, every time I think of a fantasy band, it usually turns out to be The Ramones, AC/DC, or Motorhead, depending on my mood.
