Moving the aad cutter? Which rig has the bulletin?

I'm packing a sunpath javelin j9. I though I remembered that there was a rig with a service bulletin that moved the AAD cutter from the bottom of the pack to the top. I thought it was the javelin but I scoured their website and couldn't find it. Does anyone know which rig I may be thinking of?

Most of the European countries now require moving cutter to above pilot chute, but the move is still optional in North America.
